The staff are nice. It's a nice office.

Too much work and a refusal to hire more staff. Management is incompetent, tyrannical and will throw you under a bus to cover themselves. They continuously adjust the goal post so you get no pay rises or bonuses. Unfair expectations. Lies to clients.

-Low morale/poor atmosphere -Abysmal pay. Just shocking. -Terrible benefits -No recognition generally for hard work -Management do not seem to care that people are so unhappy they end up leaving/everyone is dispensable mentality -No appreciation for those who meet and exceed fee targets -No attempts to correct problems -No sense of job security
