      Continuous growth is great, but does mean that reorganizations are common. Must be able to be positive and adapt quickly to changes.

      Pros

      The support of the team lead and supervisor were great. Remote work. Provided hardware with tutorials for new users of MacBooks.

      Cons

      I believe more training time should be had as most people only had 1-2 weeks of training before you were on your own. Had to constantly be on camera, unless you were in the bathroom, break, or on lunch.
