I enjoy the flexibility and accommodations if needed. Managers and supervisors are helpful, nice, and available if needed. Colleagues are helpful and nice as well. Overall, it's a nice work environment. I'm enjoying working with the company so far. PTO is competitive. I initially thought that being on Zoom camera all shift would be a con, but I find it to be rather supportive. I think of it as being in an office with cubicles. It's a ton to learn especially if utilization review is new path for you. The culture and diversity of the company is refreshing.
