      Training and resources are available. Some leaders are always available to help and their internet etiquette is professional.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and the metrics they want you to meet are a bit unrealistic. Retention is not a goal here.

      Pros

      The support of the team lead and supervisor were great. Remote work. Provided hardware with tutorials for new users of MacBooks.

      Cons

      I believe more training time should be had as most people only had 1-2 weeks of training before you were on your own. Had to constantly be on camera, unless you were in the bathroom, break, or on lunch.
