      overall corp does not work to retain employees, raises are minute bonuses only for managerial staff new parent company cut benefits and 401k contributions

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
