Pros
Great benefits, good salary, flexible work environment, and work from home option if you are a Web developer. Senior management supports learning, creative work and if you want to go back to school part-time, it is a great place to be at. Open-ended work with a lot of interesting problems to solve and make an impact. There is a lot of freedom on how you would like to approach a problem. Company and managers are supportive and understanding of employees with young families.

There is a learning curve to understand the way things work, to build connections and to understand senior management's expectations.
