Pros

Great friends in Customer Service we get beat down every day with what customers are getting scams, scams, scams.

Cons

House of cards. Toxic management...too much lipstick on a pig. Times when things seeem to be ok then its not. CEO is a narcacisst who thinks he is God. Deeply broken person. Growth based on greed and flimsy ground.

Our Customer Support department holds a very important role in our company as they are considered our front-line team. This department takes all incoming communication from our Clients and is responsible for resolving our client's concerns. This includes escalating any calls with potential scam or fraud cases. We thoroughly investigate these instances before reporting them to our Compliance Department who then continues to conduct the investigation. While these instances are unfortunate, we would never be as successful in our efforts to stop fraud if it was not for our amazing Client Support Staff. Thank you for your commitment to our Clients and your contributions to our Client Support team! Our CEO, Christopher McAlary, founded Coin Cloud in 2014, right here in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chris McAlary is on-site with the Coin Cloud team every day. I would describe our CEO, Chris McAlary, as a very humble leader who is grateful to every team member, regardless of ranking. Although we continue to grow as a company, Chris has an open-door policy that welcomes all employees to come and discuss any concerns they may have about the company. You will often hear Chris tell the team, “If you see something, say something”, to envoke honesty from our staff to speak up if they see something we can do better as a company. Chris also takes the time to schedule lunch weekly, with a number of employees. This allows him to stay in touch with the team members and to cultivate open transparency and team collaboration within the organization.
