Management doesn’t know how to manage, deal with employees, instead, they are always changing priorities, act on emotion and blame the team on slack. No opportunity for promotion or career growth. Not enough financial runway to cover living wages for salaries. Differences in Time zones. Super unstable test/dev environment and a lot of fragile legacy code.
