Very unproductive and unsupportive management, resulting might not able to secure next project in sg. Senior Management take forever to resolve sub-contractors contractual issues. Insufficient manpower at engineers level but over manpower for senior management, poor project manpower planning. No job stability unless you willing to work at their overseas project. Good luck.
