The agency culture is by far the most postie and motivating work environments I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of. If you follow the proven system success is assured. It takes hard work, but the system is laid out in a logical, methodical step-by-step way that can easily be implemented into building my own agency. The support I've received from not just my up-line manager, Christopher Clark, and the agency owner, Mike Colburn, but with the other broker is phenomenal . I heard a quote from one of my mentors. " I came into Symmetry Financial Group to build something, but in fact it is building me". I can't agree more.
Cons
You must be willing to be focused on details and be open to be "coach-able". It's easy to get overwhelmed with learning the material, but if you just follow the proven step-by-step system and listen to your mentor success will follow which has been the case with me over the last 90 days
