New global headquarters is nice. Most employees are generally good people. Bonuses and profit sharing are a nice perk, however they haven't been paid out in some time.
Cons
There is a severe disconnect between the leadership team and the reality of this business. Probably due to the CEO spending more time at his vacation houses then in the office (while requiring employees work on site).
