Extremely toxic work environment. Completely incompetent marketing team that is incapable of delivering creative briefs. No budgets with unrealistic expectations and timelines. Senior leadership lacks vision for the brand, floundering for relevance while too out of touch with consumer trends. Core products for the brand are a decade old, new product lacks innovation. Chaos created by operations team, plays both sides and throws creative department under the bus. Be prepared for senior leadership openly spew homophobic, racist, xenophobic, and transphobic rhetoric. Lack of professional boundaries; executives calling on weekends to second guess their own work. Expect 80+ hour workweeks running down unclear paths created by senior leaderships inability to believe in their own vision for the brand. Senior leadership publicly shames creative team members, while demanding "slavish devotion".
