Pros
There are people who help you learn and grow. Good opportunity to learn about customized innovative designs. As an engineer you will be responsible for design and development of the product so you will have hands on experience to perform manufacturing/processing engineering improvements along with prototyping and inspection etc
Cons
There is no respect for engineers. Very less people in the management level have technical knowledge and as a result engineers are interpreted as individuals with out design knowledge. How ever hard you work there is no acknowledgement or appreciation and on top of it you are constantly blamed for everyone's fault. "Engineering mistake" is a common phrase here. Pay is very less.
