      A fantastic company that really looks after their staff members and keeps their key interests in mind. Good working hours.

      Cons

      More opportunities to progress within the company would be more of an incentive working at Colefax. In order to increase in wage you would have to look outside of the company as other opportunities are limited.

      Great company, really look after the employees. Plenty of training and opportunities to learn more about the industry

      Hard to progress up the career ladder which is unfortunate as such a lovely place to work

      I was paid per hour as an intern for work experience and I was treated with respect.

      felt as little rushed off my feet at times!
