The pay is ridiculous. They can't afford to pay employees because of budget cuts. No appreciation at all. Terrible and lazy managers. This company is ran by a bunch of con artists. You will lose money by working for them. The biggest mistake of my life is accepting this job. You can make more money working for a fast food restaurant than here.
