This is a place to learn efficiently and think rationally. We also try to differentiate if we are doing things right, or doing the right things.
Cons
Priorities are rarely on employee satisfaction, even if you address issues. This results sometimes in less effective communication. But all issues will be resolved and at some point and they are still very competent in technical areas. Also staffing solutions can be painful. It can happen, that you handle multiple projects and produce some waste from context switches.
