Willing to pay over-time (time and a half).
Cons
Hired as contract employee. Which would mean there is no direction given to me for completing work. Also means no supplies or equipment is provided. Neither of these stipulations were met. What they are doing here is illegal, and just a way to get around paying any benefits or pay into un-employment.
