Pros
Multinational, opportunities for growth and development (especially if you are geographically mobile), good training curriculum - especially leadership skills, respectful people and good teamwork. The everyday working environment is relaxed and fun, although this may vary by team / function. The company has clear strategies, future vision, strong ethical values, as well as a very solid financial performance.
Cons
The compensation and benefits are average (the bonus and annual raises are low). After a certain point, career progression requires international mobility, even outside one's continent, and the expat package budgets are getting lower and lower. Demanding management, a lot of pressure, fast moving environment but also many long processes can be frustrating and bad for work life balance.
