the people are lovely, very welcoming

the senior leadership - dysfunctional and reminiscent of an episode of The Office.

Lots of amazing professionals who have been with the company for the long haul and have a huge amount of wisdom to share. Great employee led culture that is supported and mirrored by some of the executive leadership team.

Despite the best efforts of employees the leadership culture is generally poor. Some areas of the business are downright hostile to others as a result of silo’d team building.
