The company is constantly evolving, which can make it difficult for employees to feel secure in their roles. When AI initiatives were introduced, employees were assured that the technology would not eliminate jobs. However, recent workforce reductions have understandably caused many employees to question those assurances. In my experience, three employees from my department and two from another department were laid off.
