The employees who work under upper management level are amazing, intelligent and talented people. They are the only saving grace of the company.
Cons
This company has a huge turnover of employees and there is a reason why. Former employees are afraid to reveal where they work post CollPlant since they fear retribution by a certain significant upper management team member. The CollPlant upper management members are instructed to maintain secrecy and do not like to share company related activities with their employees since significant upper management members do not trust their employees . Team work is only requested when upper management feels they need employees to work overtime for a specific project or upcoming visit. Employee motivation is low and employees are afraid to speak out since if they do, they will either be let go and/or will have great difficulty in finding a new job thereafter since there is a high probability that they will receive a negative recommendation from certain upper management members of the company (not all) despite being a loyal and hard working employee. Rarely do employees below upper management receive pay raises since the company has a policy not to give these employees an increase in salary regardless of on the job performance. Usually, only upper management members receive raises, options and other benefits. The word thanks is rarely heard from certain upper management team members and there are certain upper management members who almost never contribute to staff gifts when they are collected when someone leaves the company. Working at this company is a sole destroying experience and appreciation is hardly seen despite hard work and a job well done.
