Toxic culture. A workplace where you get commission yet it’s never paid On time or correctly. Staff steal each other’s placements and it’s a dog eat dog mentality. The CEO claims to win all these awards Yet most of the awards are from overseas businesses yet he doesn’t say that in his posts on Linkedin. Often he pays to be nominated. His social media posts are often lies and the services he says Collar has aren’t really available. Some of the staff not only take drugs in the office but sexually assault females at Collar events and the CEO lets it go as they are good billers and friends of him. Other staff members bully newer staff and again don’t get reprimanded as the CEO likes them.
