      It's a small agency, you get to work across verticals. It's collaborative and you end up learning a lot.

      Cons

      They pay peanuts. Especially if you're coming right out of college, they will play on your insecurities and coax you into working for much lesser than the industry standard.

      Good salary if you're experienced in your field. Office is close to metro station.

      Creatives are treated badly. CS oriented working style. Late working is glorified. No structure to things.
