Pros
As a designer you will learn everything at Collection 18 and leave a well-rounded individual. The head of design is very experience and for the most part a good mentor on challenging you in the ways you need to be challenged to do your job perfectly.
Cons
There is no positive reinforcement or pats on the back for doing a good job. Also there is too much team work at this company and too many meetings as the designers have little time to actual design and do their jobs due to these long meetings. There is no respect of other people’s times in conjunction with all of these meetings that you really do not get too much from. Everyone is always late and this creates bad vibes.
