They were poorly prepared for me as an intern. Communication was not excellent.

The team is supportive, and people are generally willing to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are opportunities to learn and grow if you take initiative. The work can be challenging at times, but it allows you to develop new skills and gain meaningful experience.

Certain processes can still be enhanced, particularly in the areas of communication and team alignment. As the company expands, the establishment of more defined structures and career pathways would further improve the overall experience.
