The management is a joke, they pretend to care about sustainability but in reality they only do it because they want money from investors. They fired so many valuable people numerous times and they did it in such an unprofessional and unhealthy way. They have no idea how to manage a business cause they keep spending money on projects that are ridiculous - they only care about making money even if they sell non-sustainable products.
