Pros
Lots of great, like-minded people, relaxed atmosphere, product discounts, there can be opportunities for growth (if you don't mind changing direction 5 times and waiting forever).
Cons
Management at the highest levels don't appear to care about lower level staff at all & make them feel stupid when they do acknowledge them, very old fashioned business practices - not comfortable enough with technology and not spending on it where necessary, too many big egos. They attract people to their company with this idea of a very caring culture but you learn quickly that it's just a facade.
