Senior leadership makes poor decisions on hiring incompetent people and laying off competent people. Also, it's very difficult to find a different position within the company.

Great coworkers to be around, great benefits, work-life balance was perfect before the middle management layoffs. Collaborating with teams is constant and helpful for the design process.
Cons
They cut the research team, relying on designs to take on that plus end-to-end products, which leaves to heavy work loads and late nights. Deadlines are rather quicker than usual since the reorg.
