While the environment is demanding, you'll often be surprised by your ability to manage and accomplish all the tasks assigned to you.

- Outdated equipment, which significantly hampers productivity (there seems to be little interest in upgrading or replacing). - No bonuses - Some managers lack essential social skills and seem to hold their positions mainly due to seniority (the Greek way). - The company faces challenges in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, frequently taking on more projects than the staff can realistically handle.
