Pros

- A well-bonded team of ambitious young people who aim to provide high quality to their clients, while remaining employee-driven. -The company (and the people) are growing thanks to honest and direct feedback culture and trainings - Manageable workload at most times - Empathizing management - Leadership honestly TRUSTS their people and provide opportunities for growth (across departments and hierarchically) from day 1 - Inclusive and innovative mindset

Cons

- The company lacks senior management, which means that avoidable mistakes are made in people and project management (which is part of the process for start-up like companies)

Pros

- Beautiful work environment (and very friendly co-workers) - Flexible work model with 2 days per week onsite (and even on those days, you can come and go as you wish). - Starting your career there will prepare you well for future opportunities. After 1 to 2 years, you'll find it easy to adapt and take on responsibilities in any new company you join. While the environment is demanding, you'll often be surprised by your ability to manage and accomplish all the tasks assigned to you.

Cons

- Outdated equipment, which significantly hampers productivity (there seems to be little interest in upgrading or replacing). - No bonuses - Some managers lack essential social skills and seem to hold their positions mainly due to seniority (the Greek way). - The company faces challenges in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, frequently taking on more projects than the staff can realistically handle. This issue is exacerbated by numerous ad-hoc requests throughout the day, which often lead to extended working hours into the evening and contribute to employee burnout.
