Great for the community, they help close opportunity gaps with SAT prep. They had a great D&I commitment. They had a diverse hiring process.
Cons
High turnover from teams being stretched too thin and low upward mobility. Unable to set clear expectations between employee, management, and board. they had mass layoffs during restructuring.
