Its a small office, with a positive office environment, and an understanding attitude that is flexible for employee needs. Workloads are shared among the team well and status and needs are communicated well between workers.
Cons
Pay is lower than industry standard, and the owner Quin does not give the Louisville office the attention that it deserves, instead focusing on the Elizabethtown office more.
