Pros

Large company that encourages getting to know colleagues from other offices. We have a wide span of services and we all support each other. CED has several programs to get involved with and every office is encouraged to schedule events for team building and fun.

Cons

Not all policies and procedures are publicized or shared on the hub. It takes several email chains to find the right contact to receive information.

Pros

Flexible schedule & ability to work remote or hybrid

Cons

The company does not communicate effectively among all staff. Upper management treats as-needed staff like they are trash and they don't take time to understand the discipline that they are in charge of. When the department is understaffed, the employees are told to just "work harder" instead of hiring more people. They interview people, make them believe they have a shot, then the managers ghosts them. Even though they label themselves as having "competitive" salaries, they pay less than some smaller companies. Large bonuses only go to managers after their staff does all the hard work. Regular staff gets small bonuses and baby raises each year. A lot of people resign after they refuse to do bigger raises because they can get hired for a lot more at other companies. Upper management also ignores all communication from regular staff. There are no repercussions to Upper management when there are HR complaints about them. Advancement in the company is super slow.
