Pros

Lots of people willing to support you. Lots of opportunities to learn more and try to grow.

Cons

Raises for promotions are low and capped at a percentage basis and not position basis. Corporate culture is that corporate is right and you are wrong, even with evidence in hand to help prove the problem and the way to fix the situation. Buddy buddy culture and protect toxic/bad managers is a problem here.

Pros

-Covers professional exam costs UP-FRONT + completion bonus! -Corporate perks / initiatives are plentiful -Frequent lunch & learn seminars -Solid office culture / humor / team rapport

Cons

-Impactful projects are much fewer than 'bread & butter' projects -Commercial program work can pigeon-hole junior staff / limit skill-building -Inconsistent staffing (hurry up & wait) & management style between PMs -Growth from acquisitions prioritized over efficiency / streamlining of existing and new company knowledge & standards -Corporate bureaucratic processes can be frustrating
