      Pros

      Benefits here are decent to good. Could be better but coming from smaller companies it was a big improvement. Slower pace (might be a con for some)

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low compared to others in the industry. Yearly raises might not even match inflation. Bonuses are nonexistent until the higher pay grades

      Layoffs Was told the company will only take care of their own, meaning the high potentials at corporate Long tenured employees are not valued
