Open to implementing Extended working hours so you're compensated for OT. Everyone in the same boat and lower level managers are understanding of hardship. Remote work is becoming the norm
Cons
Lots of turn over resulting in confusion and missed historical information. Analysts are supplied with inadequate tool sets to complete templates in an efficient manner. Lower level data is derived from multiple financial systems which are consolidated in Excel spreadsheets.
