Pros
1. Good starting package. 2. Overall chill environment and most people help you. 3. Job security, good work life balance. 4. Most of the time no pressure in work.
Cons
1. Increments are okayish about 10 to 15 percent sometimes 7. 2. Most of the people are laidback so not much activities or you won't have much to do other than work here. Ofcourse you are going to office for work but some companies have this very active and a bit fun vibe to them, here it's more calmed and chilled vibe. 3. Most of the work is verification and testing which broaden your scope for next company, also growth is slow or not much unless you are from aerospace background and you want to pursue that field then this is a good company for you.
