Pros
Great starting out, lots of great training on the system and policies and procedures. Use SAP, Teams, and other technology that made interactions seamless, benefits were good.
Cons
Buyouts and questionable management changes, certain individuals were given special treatment, management would punish the team instead of individuals who were not pulling their weight, did not always reward the right people, too much DEI
