Returned as a rehire, gained prior experience elsewhere before returning, and got the job only having entry level pay. THEY WILL NOT NEGOTIATE PAY. Moving up can be difficult or slow. Some departments are easy and laid back, others are behind. Depending on which department or supervisor you're under, your team may be heavily supervised or pressured beyond your ability to build parts quicker. My department was the only department with scheduled break times and lunch. Left for a more intermediate role and higher paying job. Also no quarterly bonuses what so ever. Only annual merit increase.
