      Work life balance, Decent Benefits, Excellent Health Insurance with Top-up option. Exciting Aerospace Domain.

      Cons

      Uncertainty regarding business in short to medium term. Company is struggling with cash flow and inventory, supply chain issues since last couple of years. Due to this cost cutting measures have become quite regular. Micro-mangement in few teams ( depends on manager ).
