Cons
10 hours shift employee and has to do 12 hours shift for 3 days in weekdays. Must be willing to do 8 hours overtime on saturdays for company needs. Hard to make approval for vacation leave despite having existing vacation leave to be consumabe by the employee. They dont approve expending your vacation leave (specifically for a long christmas vacation) if you only have below 10 vacation leave left. People leader care more for outputs than the well-being of their employee.
