Pros
If you like job instability and wonder if you'll have a job from day to day, this is the place for you.
Cons
There is zero allegiance or appreciation to employees within this organization. Layoffs are a normal part of everyday life. Benefits are well below the industry standard for the size of this organization. Management will bamboozle you into thinking you're an important employee, then lay you off or lay off one or more of your team members. Work overload and burnout, taking on responsibilities from those that were laid off. You'll be doing the work of 2-3 or more people once the layoffs take place. Again, layoffs are a regular occurrence with no backfill to replace the vacant position. You will have very limited opportunities to advance your career in this organization. If you do happen to advance, you'll soon encounter a layoff. Work processes are poorly written which require regular revisions, and then more revisions. Resources are very, very thin, to the point that nothing gets done.
