Overall Review - Configuration Analyst Collins Aerospace Employee Review

Limitations to growth and pathways for expanding within the business. Very little communication from top level management on what is the business strategy moving forward. Currently going though a downsizing (redundacy) and relocation phase - which was and has been handled incredibly poorly. Letting go key and integral personnel to the business and upper, high seniors do not have the courage to openly and directly disclose information of employees futures. Poor!
