There is no possible growth as a software engineer if you are starting your career here. You are going to be dealing with tools that are not used in the software engineering industry and hence are not going to have much to show in the time you spend working here. You are paid based on the project you are working on and have to log your hours in a separate software every single day, unlike any other company out there. If you come up with ideas of your own with some latest technology, they are immediately shut down because the data here that you are working with is too sensitive to be exposed to any sort of tools you create. This company is not the one you want to start your career at, but might be a good one if you are planning to take it easy and settle down.
