      Pros

      I have been with CGR for almost 4 years now and this is truly the best work environment I could ever hope to be in. Full of dedicated real estate professionals that have become like family to me. The agents, staff, and resources all come together to really set the standard for a wonderful work environment. Chip is one of the most generous people I have ever known and cares deeply about everyone that works here.

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing! As long as I have a local career in Real Estate this is the ONLY place I would consider hanging my license.

      Positive work environment Team culture - everyone is "all in" Leadership is supportive, level-headed, ethical, professional and empowering Opportunity

      Cons

      If i had to choose one thing it would be that we're so busy, it can get a little stressful at times...but that means we're successful. If you aren't busy in real estate, you aren't selling.
