They don't harrass you about anything. If I'm sick they simply say "go home'. They appear ginuely concerned about everyone at the office and if you need to be off to handle any of your personal business it is not a problem. I don't want to complain about the company, I am just trying to get some information on compensation for the type of job that I do. I do thank Collins for a job at all. I did'nt have to be granted the opportunity

The pay could be better

Generally good remuneration, at least for the senior people. juniors are given very small bonuses c.10k vs the bosses' 200k+. Maybe this is the same in all IBs.

Poor communication. You have to be in with the crowd if you want to know anything. Stab people in the back culture rather than let's work together.
