Pros
Many nice people, good perks including fruit and Friday drinks and some benefits that are great. They're trying to be more inclusive and diverse but will take yet another bunch of years.
Cons
Senior managers and Directors like to talk and talk and talk but there is zero strategy, no doers, all very political and the only way up is using your personal branding to demonstrate how bad others are and all is about blaming someone else to demonstrate why all projects are so basic and give poor results. The systems are a joke, old, inadequate. Processes established in the 70s and untouched ever since. No professional growth and enormous staff turnover. No matter how long you work there, you'll be a piece of the jigsaw that's all over the place unless you are keen to have some wines with the right person.
