After working here for a year. I've noticed they shops all follow the same process, this insures everyone understands the necessary steps. The management is very friendly and understanding.

There can be disagreements on how we go about the teardowns, assembly, and how we organize the parts new and used. Lots of things change on the fly, so it can be hard to keep up with changing rules and processes. We bag all hardware separately, Label them than put them in larger general area bags. Its a bit wasteful in my opinion, but it works.
