The work environment is very friendly and supportive on a regular basis. All of the associates and partners have an open door policy and are willing to assist others when needed. The firm also provides exposure to a diverse case load allowing for growth and experience, including trial work. Management is easy to approach and reasonable. Colman Perkins Law Group is an excellent firm for attorneys seeking greater exposure to trial work and complex cases in a supportive environment with helpful mentorship.

Must be comfortable with working with other attorney styles and occasional heavy workload.

Minimal onboarding process compared to would be expected of a firm of this size. No handbook, no onboarding checklist provided, nothing. Just a rushed day session and a cubicle complete with an outdated, old, slow pc and tax forms to fill out. Information about firm specific processes/procedures not well communicated if at all. Subpar training and communication overall
