Pros
The hours are there, it's an easy and mindless job. Just pick the orders, make sure they get to where they're supposed to be, easy 8 hours+ of work.
Cons
MOST of the managers are TERRIBLE at their job. Warehouse manager, Jim, hires from outside the company for supervisor and management positions which leads to leadership clueless on how to do the job. He also hires close personal friends, putting himself and the company in an awkward position when said friend can't even do the job and makes EVERYTHING a lot more DIFFICULT. Also pay could be a lot better with the amount of expanding the companies doing and the amount of work being done at the HQ warehouse.
