      Random free trips to Japan You can learn a lot about Japanese work culture Friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Leadership says one thing but then does another. Lots of flip/flopping. Fail to notice and appreciate hard work. Excessive overtime due to poor management and planning. They don't care about their employees. Promote the wrong people for the wrong reasons. Fail to honor their commitments. No transparency between employees and management. Expect employees to be docile. Uncomfortable office space.

      Pros

      You definitely have opportunities to take on new tasks and work on projects as long as they align with the bigger goals of your team and the company and you understand and can explain the benefits. The coworkers are fantastic and its overall a fun place to work. You definitely need to be a self starter to thrive here.

      Cons

      Sometimes goals aren't fully clear from the start, you have to be ready to adapt to sudden changes.
